Cinnamon Nut Bread – Now with extra mix and toppings!
An irresistible bread mix packed with raw nuts and cinnamon.
To prepare, just add water and bake in the oven. Makes about five dozen serving sized treats depending how big you cut your pieces. They freeze very well to keep them fresh.
All natural, no chemicals, preservatives, sweeteners or junk food fillers. Always human grade ingredients. Organic ingredients when possible.
Ingredients: chickpea flour, *buckwheat flour, *rolled oats, *spelt flour, *rye flour, hulled millet, *flax seed, *coconut flour, ground almond, walnuts, almonds, cashews, pecans *chia seed, sesame seed, *Ceylon cinnamon, *ginger. *organic (1 pound bag)
Bird Bread is a wonderful healthy snack and treat, however it is not meant to replace a nutritious well rounded parrot diet.

Only 5 stars? This is fabulous. So very easy to make and the kitchen smells wonderfully cinnamon. I used a cup of mashed sweet potato as my liquid (you only need to add a liquid, that’s it) plus a tad bit of water. I used an 8×8 ceramic pan greased with coconut oil. It took less time to make than the pkg said. I think it baked for 25 minutes before the knife came out clean. All the little beaks were impatiently awaiting their treats. Once it cooled i handed out appropriate sized pieces to everyone. A beautiful silence descended! Then the chatter started again along with the perch pacing. They wanted more. So everyone got seconds and then one of my birds saw an opportunity to go over and steal someone else’s.
Everyone loved it and i am so happy that they loved something that was so healthy for them. I bought all 4 varieties so i will be making one of the other ones this weekend. I really thought that with as much bread as this recipe yielded that it would have lasted longer. But since everyone likes to stuff themselves with it, i ran out sooner than i thought. Great value too.

Wow!! Was this ever a hit with my birds! I usually have one picky guy in the bunch, but not with the cinnamon nut bread! So easy to mix up and smells so good baking. And I love mixes like this; they are very cost effective. And so healthy! All my birds are between 25 and 30 years old, and I’ve gotten more careful about what I feed them now. Looking forward to always having something on hand from the Parrots Pantry to feed them.

My guys are OBSESSED with the Parrot’s Pantry Cinnamon nut birdie bread! And that says a lot because I haven’t had great luck getting them to like birdie bread in the past. I will have to get more bc they truly love it. 🥰. I WILL be recommending these products to any of the “parronts” I know. I love that I can see exactly what’s in it and know that it is safe and healthy no questions asked! Not to mention the directions are simple which makes it super easy to make🤗 and it certainly makes enough to last a while.
