No chemicals, preservatives, sodium or sweeteners of any kind are added. No corn, soy or peanuts are in the mixes either. All natural ingredients. Organic ingredients are used in mixes when possible.
Healthy bird bread mixes: Healthful, low glycemic, flours are used to keep the treats as nutritious as possible. Ingredients are always human grade, organic when possible and contains no bird seed or lower quality animal grade food.
Ready to feed mixes and sprouting mixes: Whole grains, raw nuts, naturally dried coconut, naturally dried fruits, aromatic spices and herbs. All natural.
The Parrot’s Pantry group on Facebook, started by “Elle” Michelle, has been a thriving community group on Facebook since it opened in 2012. The goal within the group is to provide good discussions in avian nutrition and also a place to get answers to your questions. “Elle” Michelle has over 25 years of experience in parrot care with an interest in avian nutrition. She has also written feeding articles and shared healthy recipes for bird clubs, bird groups and rescues. She is passionate about proper diet, enrichment, and all around good care and quality of life for parrots.
